Fiona O’Shaughnessy
Fiona’s career in Learning and Development spans 17 years in 10 countries in service industries, third level education, not-for-profit and government services. Based in Singapore since 2001, she founded Emerge, a Learning and Development Consultancy, in 2007.
Apart from delivering training, Fiona’s skills include instructional design, measuring and evaluating learning, facilitating organisational change, management development and coaching. Her passion lies in helping individuals and teams develop their potential and achieve more satisfaction from what they do.
Fiona has worked with corporate clients such as Barclays, Citibank and Pfizer; Singapore institutions such as Singapore Poly, A*Star, and the National Library Board; and in partnership with the Social Services Training Institute and the Foundation for Developing Compassion and Wisdom.
Fiona holds a Masters in Applied Linguistics, is a certified TMS® facilitator, EQ (Level 1) practitioner and is a member of the ASTD (American Society of Training & Development) and IAF (International Association of Facilitators).

Jane Grafton
Jane has been in HR Management and Professional Development for 30 years . After completing a career in the British Army she moved to corporate life as a senior manager for 6 years. In 2000, she opted out of management to work as a Trainer in Professional Development. As a result of going freelance in 2004 her projects now take her to UK, USA, South Africa, Canada, Australia and Asia and bring her into contact with a wide variety of people and professions.
Jane predominantly acts as a 'professional friend' to individuals who are seeking someone to share people management and personal development issues with. She also works on a variety of short term projects helping organisations move towards a more people-focused culture. On a voluntary basis, Jane connects with volunteers from over 50 countries as part of an IT project she coordinates.
In 1991, whilst serving as a Major in the British Army, she was awarded the MBE for Leadership Development. Jane also holds an MBA and an MEd (Coaching), is certified in MBTI, FIRO-B and TMS®, and is a Fellow of the British Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
